1. Website and services

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of https://nextlevelnonprofit.org and the website services operated by Next Level Nonprofit (“NLN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information: https://nextlevelnonprofit.org/privacypolicy.

Program-specific enrollment terms, coaching agreements, event policies, and other agreements may also apply. If these website terms conflict with a signed agreement or program-specific terms, that agreement or those program-specific terms control for the relevant service.

2. SMS messaging terms

Program name and description. Next Level Nonprofit SMS Messaging provides appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and customer support to individuals who opt in. 

Individuals who separately opt in to marketing texts may receive information about Next Level Leader Certification, NLN programs, enrollment opportunities, and events. 

Consent. Text messages are sent based on the consent you provide for the applicable message category. Providing a telephone number alone does not enroll you in marketing texts. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. 

Frequency and charges. Message frequency varies based on the program and your interactions with NLN. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless provider can answer questions about your plan.

Opting out. Reply STOP to the number that sent the message to cancel. You may receive a final opt-out confirmation. After that confirmation, we will stop sending messages from that program unless you provide a new opt-in. You may also request an opt-out through info@nextlevelnonprofit.org or 313-604-5655. 

Help. Reply HELP or contact info@nextlevelnonprofit.org or 313-604-5655. 

Availability. Delivery depends on your wireless provider and other factors. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not guarantee delivery or availability on every carrier or device.

Eligibility. You must be 18 years or older to participate in this SMS program. You must provide a number you are authorized to use and let us know if that number changes.

3. Intellectual property and permitted use

Website content and materials are owned by NLN or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may access and use website content for your own lawful informational purposes. Program materials may be used within your organization only as permitted by the applicable program license or agreement. You may not resell, publicly distribute, or otherwise exploit protected materials without authorization.

4. Submissions and feedback

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant NLN the permissions reasonably necessary to receive, process, and use your submissions to provide the requested service and administer your participation, consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable agreements. You must have the rights needed to submit the content. Publishing testimonials, photographs, or other participant content for promotional purposes requires separate permission where appropriate.

5. Purchases, donations, and program policies

Prices, payment terms, refund/cancellation rules, rescheduling rules, scholarship conditions, and course-access or certification requirements are governed by the terms presented for the relevant purchase or program and any applicable agreement.

Third-party services linked from our website may have separate terms. A payment processor’s involvement does not make an NLN program a third-party product.

6. Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate account and registration details, protect your credentials, and notify info@nextlevelnonprofit.org if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not use the website unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe another person’s rights. We may restrict access for misuse or violations, subject to applicable law and any program agreement.

7. Disclaimers and legal provisions

Website information is provided for general educational and informational purposes. NLN does not guarantee a particular organizational, leadership, financial, or certification outcome. Any specific service commitments remain governed by the applicable agreement.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. We will give additional notice or obtain agreement where required by law or applicable contracts.
